Mint Onyx Sterling Silver Cuff

This beautiful cuff has a large oval mint onyx stone set on the top. This is the first time I have seen mint onyx. The color is a very pale aqua and looks more greenish or more bluish depending on the lighting. It is largely opaque with some subtle banding, and measures 23 mm by 33mm. There are a few darker shadows behind the stone along the edge of the setting. I don't know if they are in the stone or if they are an artifact from the setting. The stone is set onto a rim of sterling with an oval cut-out behind the center of the stone.

The sterling silver cuff has oval cut-outs on either side of the stone, starting behind the stone and extending down the cuff. At its widest the cuff is 35 mm wide. The length across the wrist is 65mm... but the cuff is fairly flexible and can be adjusted.
